Al Rayyan produced a commanding performance to beat Al Ahli 3-0 in Week 4 of 2026-2027 season Doha Bank Stars League at Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium on Friday.

Ahmed Alaaeldin opened the scoring for Al Rayyan in the 25th minute, giving the home side a deserved advantage after a positive start.

Roger Guedes then doubled Al Rayyan’s lead 11 minutes later, finishing clinically to put his side firmly in control. Al Ahli struggled to find a response as Al Rayyan went into the break with a comfortable 2-0 advantage. 

Al Ahli made an attacking change at the start of second half, bringing on Ahmed Al Rawi for Ahmed Alaaeldin, but Al Rayyan remained in control.

Guedes completed his brace in the 74th minute to effectively settle the contest. The Brazilian forward finished off a move involving Ahmed Al Rawi to make it 3-0. 

Al Rayyan managed the closing stages comfortably despite a series of substitutions from both teams. 

The result lifted Al Rayyan to 10 points, while Al Ahli remained on four points.
