Mohamed Mannai helped himself to a brace as Al Shamal defeated Al Shahania 4-0 in Week 10 of 2025-2026 season Doha Bank Stars League at the Al Shamal Stadium on Sunday.

Al Mannai’s two quickfire goals (61st and 68th minutes) were preceded by Omar Ali’s (12th minute) and Baghdad Bounedjah’s (40th minute) goals as the hosts completely dominated the game, forcing Al Shahania to play defensively for most part of the high-intensity match.

The result pushed Al Shamal, who has been in great form this season, back to 21 points from six wins and three draws as they hold firmly to their second-placed position in the standings, with table-toppers Al Gharafa leading by just four points.

Al Shahania, on the other hand, remained in the bottom place with only four points from just one win and a draw so far.
