QSL side Lekhwiya has confirmed the signing of striker Youssef Al Arabi from la liga side Granada. The Moroccan international has signed a three year deal with the side, and will replace the outgoing striker Alain Dioko. This means that Lekhwiya have confirmed their four professional players for this term, with Al Arabi joining Chico Flores, Nam Tae Hee and Yusef Msakni in the side.

The striker is set to be formally introduced to the media following the squads training camp in Austria. Al Arabi is no stranger to the region, having enjoyed a stint with Saudi Arabian giants Al Hilial, and his experience will be seen as vital for the Red Knights as they seek to win the QSL falcon shield in the upcoming season.

In other transfer news, Lekhwiya also announced the signing of Al Gharafa goalkeeper Qasem Burhan on a one year loan deal. Lekhwiya keeper Ivanildo Rodrigues will be heading to Gharafa on the same deal.
