QSL side Lekhwiya has returned to Doha following their training camp in Austria. The returning squad have been given four days rest my Djamel Belmadi and are set to return to training on Thursday evening.

The club will now shift their focus to the Sheikh Jassim cup which will pit the current Emir Cup winners against QSL champions Al Rayyan. The match is set to take place on the 12^th of September, and is seen as a traditional curtain raiser for the domestic football season in Qatar.
