Lekhwiya and Umm Salal are to prepare for round 11 of the Qatar Stars League by playing a friendly against each other on the 23<sup>rd</sup> of this month in order to assess fitness and improve technical aspects of their game.<br />

A number of Lekhwiya’s players will miss the match as they are away on national duty in the 2014 Gulf Cup of Nations tournament in Saudi Arabia. <br />
<br />
Also the Red Knights will be without the services of the foreign players, Weiss, Youssef Msakni and Nam Tai –Hee have also joined their respective national teams.<br />
<br />
Umm Salal’s defensive midfielder Ahmed Fathi has also joined his teammate in Egypt as they take on Senegal.
