The league’s management convened the annual league technical meeting at Al Bidda Tower on Sunday morning as part of preparations for the league which will start on Sep 11, 2015. The meeting was headed by the QSL Director of Competitions Mr. Ahmed Al Adsani in the presence of all the QSL Club officials.

Al Adsani welcomed the attendees at the beginning of meeting, wishing their teams the best of luck during the new season along with a special welcome to Al Rayyan and Mesaimeer who both won promotion last season.

The meeting covered several important topics including the commitment to the match schedule and timings. In addition the QSL official wanted to ensure that each team has both their home and away kits ready for this season and that there are no clashes between the kits.

Teams jersey colours were also determined as follows: Lekhwiya (red), Al Sadd (white), El Jaish (white), Qatar Sports Club (yellow & black), Umm Salal (black), Al Ahli (green), Al Gharafa (yellow & blue), Al Arabi (red), Al Khor (blue), Al Kharaitiyat (blue), Al Wakrah (light blue & black), Al Sailiya (blue & black), Al Rayyan (red & black) and Mesaimeer (yellow).
