An exciting stoppage-time strike saw Muaither edge Etihad Al Gharafa 1-0 in Week 3 of 2026-2027 season Jetour League at the Lusail Stadium on Monday.
 

Spanish player Marc Marruecos scored the all-important goal in 90+4 minute. Saez battled three Al Gharafa defenders to win the ball inside the danger zone before striking into the left corner.

Earlier in the 78th minute, Al Gharafa’s Amjed Mohamed had scored but the goal was stood down after VAR for a handball by Nawaf Hussein before the ball was essayed to Amjed.

It was Muaither’s second win of the competition and took their tally to six points, while Etihad Al Gharafa remained on one point.
