QSL side Al Gharafa have announced the signing of Thamer Jamal  from rivals El Jaish on a three year contract.

Jamal recently represented Umm Salal during the first half of the season. However after the end of his loan spell, the midfielder will now move to Al Gharafa.

Jaish have  also agreed on the transfer of the young star Abdel Rahman Walid on a  loan deal  to Umm Salal until the end of this season.El Jaish preferred not to release the player  as they consider Walid to be a prospect for the future.
