Al Arabi took on Al Sailiya at the Saoud bin Abdulrahman Stadium in the round 12 clash on Friday 5th of December at 4pm.All the goals came in the second half of the match with Al Arabi taking the lead on the 52nd minute.
Khoukhi Boualem set up ex-Fulham star Ashkan Dejagah and the Iranian smashed home a fierce shot from just outside the area.
Then Arabi undid all their good work with an own goal scored by Mousa Baraka in the 56th minute. His second own goal of the season. The defender went to clear the corner but misjudged the flight of the ball and then big defender instead headed the ball into his own goal.
The put the wind in the sails of the Peregrines and Abdulrahman Al Harazi scored a wonderful individual effort as he round two defenders before slotting home a cool finished from just outside the box.
Al Sailiya move up to 9th with 14 points whilst Arabi stay 8th despite replacing their head coach Dan Petrescu mid-week.
