The Qatar Stars League (QSL), the highest professional league in Qatari football has reaffirmed its commitment to football development across Qatar, holding a four day educational training course on coaching and match analysis at the QFA technical committee. The course was jointly organized by the QSL Football Development and the QFA Football Development departments, along with the match analysis company videobserver.
 
Fourteen football analysists from QSL clubs, along with youth technical directors were invited to partake in the four day event, which was led by Prof. Jorge Castelo an UEFA accredited instructor. Participants at the course learnt a host of practical football analysis skills, which will serve them in good stead for their roles within football clubs in Qatar.
 
Speaking at the success of the event, Miguel Heitor Director of Football Development at the QSL said; “This educational course reaffirms the leagues commitment to develop expert team analysis which will ultimately develop and improve the standard of the Qatar Stars League within world football.”
