Al Sailiya rallied from being two goals down to hold Qatar SC 2-2 in Week 6 of 2026-2027 season Doha Bank Stars League at the Abdullah Bin Khalifa Stadium on Saturday.

Younes Belhanda (82nd minute) and Joselu (90+5 minute) struck for Al Sailiya after Niall Mason (34th minute) and Joao Pedro (51st minute) had put Qatar SC 2-0 ahead.

It was the first positive result in the league for Al Sailiya and saw them log their first point, while Qatar SC, with a third draw, remained on three points.

In a stoppage-time scamper, Joselu picked on the ball in front of the goal as it was being cleared after a free-kick to beat goalkeeper Ali Nader.

Earlier, Moroccon Belhanda’s free-kick, taken about two yards away from top of the box, swerved into the top right corner.

Until then, Qatar SC seemed to be cruising, with Mason making a sharp header to a Said Brahmi free-kick from left outside of the box and Pedro essaying a fabulous free-kick which beat Al Sailiya goalkeeper Bautista Burke to his left at the post.
