QSL side El Jaish welcomed back the return of the Brazilian defender Lucas Mendez who has recovered from an injury.
 
The Brazilian was away from active football due to an injury sustained more than two months ago.
 
Experienced midfielder and former Qatar skipper Wisam Rizq and Abdel Rahman Akbar are undergoing therapeutic exercises under the supervision of the team physiotherapist, club officials said on Sunday.
 
The two are expected to join the first team soon after recovery.
 
The team continued their training sessions in two phases at Al Markhiya Sports Club.
