Lekhwiya Football Club has decided to choose Istanbul, Turkey for their external training camp, which is scheduled to commence on the 25th of July until the 9th of August.

The team management will use this training camp to prepare the players extensively for the coming season which will start with the Sheikh Jassim Cup. The season opener will see Lekhwiya take on Al Sadd in a one-off, winner takes all match in late August, followed by the first leg of AFC Champions League quarterfinals.

The team will travel to Turkey with a full squad; all international players will join the team during this training camp.
