
El Jaish Sports Club head coach Sabri Lamouchi in spoke in the pre-match press conference about the anticipated game versus Al Gharafa in Round 18 of the QSL and said: “This match comes after our participation in the AFC Champions League against Naft Tehran in Iran which we won. From his side, El Jaish Sports Club football player Ahmed Moein said: “The match will be very tough but we are coming to this game strongly in order to achieve our objective.
He added: “My return to the Qatar Stars League is important for me as I have help my team El Jaish and contribute to their success.

On the other hand, Al Gharafa Sports Club head coach Caxinia said: “We are also aware that we are facing a very strong opponent.
El Jaish is going through a very positive phase with good performance and results. In return we know our potentials and qualities . The players have worked hard recently as we also focus on our methods to overcome the opponents. We have prepared well for this game and a strategy is in place in order to gain the three points.
Al Gharafa head coach continued: “I am not worried from our loss in the previous game. I would have been worried if we didn’t make goal-scoring opportunities. I work on studying and analyzing the match in order to come out with positive aspects for the teams. During the previous match we lacked the concentration which caused us to commit mistakes. We have worked on these issues as the players adapted to our strategy and rhythm.”
Commenting on releasing Alain Dioko and registering Validimir Weiss instead of him, he said: “Dioko have offered us a lot and I had the chance to thank him for his efforts with the team. It’s all go back to certain decision in certain timing. We belive that both Weiss and Muntari will be beneficial for us in the coming phase.
Since I have arrived we have changed lots of playters so Ididnt have the chance to set my vision and strategy but now things are different”
Al Gharafa Sportsb Club football player Christian Nemeth said: “I have played one half during the previous game and I haven’t reach my peak performance yet. Now I am physically ready for El Jaish match hoping to win.”
About his opinion in Al Gharafa and the QSL in general, he said: “I have watched some of QSL matches and I have noticed that there are many distinguished players which is very positive for the competition. Also my team have some quality players with bright future.”
Nemeth added: “I wouldn’t be a professional player if I am not seeking titles with my team. I have one main objective is to gain at least one title with Al Gharafa. I am optimistic with such challenge. I will try to present my best potentials for the benefit of the team.”
