El Jaish continued to struggle in round 13. The Soldiers welcome Al Kharaitiyat to the Abdullah bin Khalifa stadium.<br />
<br />
With El Jaish in 4th place a win would have seen them over take Al Gharafa but the game was a tight affair with chances few and far between.<br />
<br />
It was the visitors who scored first when Abdul-Aziz Rashid Al Ansari put the ball in the back of the net in the 31st minute.<br />
<br />
The referee blew for the half time whistle as El Jaish struggled to break down a determined Thunders defense.--<br />
In the second half the Soldiers pinned the visitors back into their own half but they could make all the possession tell.<br />
<br />
The minutes ticked by and with just 10 minutes of normal time left Kharaitiyat were on the home stretch.<br />
<br />
However El Jaish found a moment of magic when new playmaker Romarinho grabbed a point for his team by scoring on the 80th minute. The Brazilian saved his side’s blushes in a game many expected them to win.<br />
<br />
The result means that El Jaish stay in 4th with 22 points whilst Kharaitiyat stay in 11th with just 12 points.
