Al Sadd is continuing their training sessions at their facilities under the supervision of their head coach Hussein Ammouta. The preparations are being made for the next match when the league resumes on the 30th of November.

The team had a five day rest and is now back together and focusing on specifically on fitness. The Wolves are in first place in the Qatar Stars League with 26 points after 10 rounds.

The wolves have largely been playing without a main striker as their new star signing Muriqui went under the knife two months ago. However this has not affected their form as the team has the best goal difference in the league (+16).

With Khalfan and Muriqui soon to come back, the Wolves may be even stronger as the season unfolds.

Hamza Al Senhaji the Wolves striker will also be operated on next week, the player suffered an injury to his abdominal area. His rehabilitation is estimated to take four weeks.

Al Sadd will play 3rd placed Gharafa on the 30th of November at 18:30 in the Thani bin Jassim stadium.
