<p dir="ltr">Al Shahania have stepped up their pre-season training under coach Jose Murcia as the QNB Stars League outfit continue to get match fit ahead of the new season.</p><p dir="ltr">The squad is undergoing daily training sessions which kicked off at the start of this month.</p><p dir="ltr">Murcia and his squad are set to leave for a pre-season training camp in Turkey from where the team will return to Doha after playing four friendly matches.</p><p dir="ltr">Last season, Al Shahania delivered brave performances and, in the coming months, the young side will be aiming for consistency in their results.</p><p dir="ltr">The club management is aware of the challenges in the new season and has made adequate preparations to allow the side to gel well.</p><p dir="ltr">Al Shahania have retained the services of Rebin Sulaka of Iraq, Alvaro Perez of Spain and Kesse Amangoua of Ivory Coast. However, they are yet to find a replacement for Luciano Vazquez of Argentina.</p><p dir="ltr">It is worth mentioning that Al Shahania finished last season in seventh place with 27 points after posting seven wins and six draws against nine defeats.</p>
