QSL side Al Arabi left Doha for UAE capital Abu Dhabi on Thursday morning to convene their winter training camp from the 14th to 20th of Jan 2016.
The side is taking advantage of the three week break in the QSL action, due to the AFC U23 championships which are being held in Doha. The squad was led by head coach Gianfranco Zola, and included 32 players.
Al Arabi will be hosted by Arabian Gulf side Beni Yas, whom they will face in a friendly match on the 16th January. The club is also looking for another opponent, during their training camp which has yet to be confirmed.
Gianfranco Zola’s side is currently 6th in QSL league table. After the break in QSL action, Arabi will face Qatar Sports club.
