Al Arabi Football Club drew with the Qatar Military Department Team 1-1 in the friendly game played on Wednesday as part of the Red’s preparations for the Round 9 fixture against El Jaish.

Al Arabi had the majority of possession during the game and scored courtesy of their Brazilian front man Paulinho during the first ten minutes.

The Military Team fought back and scored through an Antoy goal in the 35^th minute.

During the second half neither side was able to score as the match ended in a tie. This is the second friendly match for Al Arabi during the international break.

The Italian Head Coach Zola fielded a large number of players during the game in order to prepare all the players for the resumption of the Qatar Stars League.
