<div style="text-align: justify;">Al Kharaitiyat travelled to the Grand Hamad yesterday evening to take on Al Ahli in a match they could ill afford to lose. The Thunders were in 10th place and dangling precariously over the drop zone.<br />
<br />
But Kharaitiyat never really showed up for this fixture and right from the off the boys in Blue and White witnessed an onslaught that they could not recover from.<br />
<br />
Dioko opened the Brigadier’s account with a goal on 15 minutes and contined to demonstrate why he is so widely feared in the league.<br />
<br />
The first half ended with Macala’s men in the lead but the Brigadiers knew that more goals would be necessary to secure the win.<br />
<br />
After the restart whatever advice Marchand passed onto his players was completely ignored and subsequently they paid dearly.<br />
<br />
Dioko’s partner in crime Meshal Abdullah got his goal in the 55th minute and opened the floodgates as Al Ahli went on to score two more!<br />
<br />
Dioko, who last season was the league’s top scorer then added a second (76’) and then in extra time got his hat-trick to cap off a fine night for Al Ahli.<br />
<br />
The result sees Ahli move up from 8th to 6th and they now have 13 points from 8 matches.<br />
<br />
Al Kharaitiyat continue with their poor start and have slid down to 11th spot in the Qatar Stars League.</div>
