Al Rayyan beat Al Sailiya 4-1 in Round 6 of 2025-2026 season QSL Cup at the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium on Friday.

It was a fifth win of the tournament for the unbeaten-so-far Al Rayyan and saw them move atop the standings in the 20-team tournament with a tally to 16 points. For Al Sailiya, it was their third loss and they remained on nine points.

Al Sailiya took lead in the eighth minute through Anwar El Ghazi. Al Rayyan equalized in added time of opening half (45+1), with Abdelaziz Hatem finding the left corner of the net.

Al Rayyan dominated the second half, with Gregore da Silva putting them ahead 2-1 in the 56th minute before Roger Guedes struck a brace.

Brazilian Guedes headed home his first goal in the 62nd minute before scoring from the spot after he was felled by defenders inside the box in 90+1 minute.
