I don’t feel pressure: Al Shahania coach Murcia
Al Shahania coach Jose Murcia spoke to the media ahead of their 2019-20 QNB Stars League Week 4 match against Al Arabi.
“I don't feel pressure and the current season is difficult. We’ve tried to correct the mistakes we made in the past games and we’re trying to get a positive result from this game in order to improve our position.
“We must’ve a strong determination and positive spirit. We trained well though we had no special preparations. We’re taking this game very seriously.
“We’re ready to provide the required level. It’s a very important game for us and I think Al Arabi have a strong attack line. But we’ll contain their players. We won’t give them the chance to play through the flanks. We hope to strike a right balance between defence and offence. We won’t just play a defensive game.
“I don’t feel pressure regarding my future with the team because of the results. I don’t change my style because of the results. Last season, conditions were better and we took advantage of the mistakes of rivals, played fully to our style and got points. This season is completely different. The competition is fierce and there’re professional players at the highest level,” said Murcia.
