Al Sadd face Al Rayyan in the second semifinal on Saturday, 11 January. The kick-off time and venue is the same for both semifinals and final.

Both teams go into the match, eyeing a berth in the final, scheduled for Friday, 17th January.

Al Duhail were held to a goalless draw by Qatar SC, while Al Sailiya lost 1-2 to Al Khor in the QNB Stars League Week 12 action last week.
