Al Ahli player Majed Mohammed returned to training after recovering from an injury he sustained during a QNB Stars League match before the tournament was stopped as part of measures taken to prevent the spread of coronavirus (Covid-19).

Majed resumed training at his home according to the programme designed by the team’s technical staff led by coach Nebojsa Jovovic and also according to the medical device that monitors his condition after recovery.

Midfielder Ali Qaderi also continued his physiotherapy sessions as part of his recuperation from an injury.

Meanwhile, another midfielder Baro Siddiqui’s season seems to have ended after he underwent a knee surgery at Aspetar hospital. He is expected to return to action by the start of next football season.

Coach Jovovic and team official Yousef Hamza are following the players’ distance training programme.

The technical staff monitor the training of each player and his fitness rate through electronic devices.
